Marking world mental health day at Nanyuki Stadium on 07/10/2023

Held at the Nanyuki stadium on 7th of October 2023, the Mental Health Day Event was a complete success. We were able to reach a total of 600 individuals, inclusive of class eight boys from at least 12 schools, teachers, parents and community members. The key agendas for the event were:

• Understanding mental health and masculinity.
• Asking for support if affected.
• Academic, Social and Professional excellence.
• Managing life transitions effectively as a man.

A remarkable number of partners joined hands with us in a very big way to mark world mental health day with us. Powerhim goes all the way out to holistically nurture the boy child. Since mental health is a universal human right, we take it upon ourselves to tirelessly sensitize the boy child on its importance.
