As an organization whose core mandate is to Nurture and Walk with Boychild, when they are in major transition of their lives we are there to take them through the Initiation process Before, During and After.

We help them transition from Boys to Manhood we are right at the center of it all. Offering exceptional services that prepares our clients to Responsible, Courageous, Industrious, Capable, Upright, Focused and God-fearing man.

During April 2022 Initiation season we hosted over 200 initiates in an event that was designed to serve as a reception party for those boys who had undergone ROP. With us was a team of big brothers, Fathers, Mentors and Men drawn from various industry to not only welcome the boy to the club, but to hook them up with people they can look up to.

At the same period, we took over 10 street boys through the Initiation process. Catered for their every need for 14 days witnessing total transformation because we worked on three-fold. The Physical Body, The Mind and Their Emotional Being.

This year from 05th to 25th November  we will hold  2023 POWERHIM Rite of Passage with added Value in Nanyuki.
